The Armani Group arrives in Mexico City with the opening of the highly anticipated Armani Residences Masaryk. This project, the first in Latin America, sets a new standard for real estate design in Mexico, offering an experience that reflects the sophisticated elegance of Giorgio Armani‘s style.
The Mexican capital, which has reaffirmed itself in recent years as an important cultural hub thanks to internationally renowned chefs, artists and directors, attracts people from all over the world. A dynamic and lively environment, it is the ideal location for the Armani Residences, intended for a cosmopolitan clientele capable of appreciating a project that blends historical heritage and modern luxury.
“I am delighted with this first project in Latin America. Mexico City, a vibrant and ever-growing metropolis, is the ideal location for the Armani Residences, a complex that brings the functional and sophisticated style of Armani/Casa to an urban landscape that blends history and contemporary aesthetics,” said Giorgio Armani.
Located in the heart of Polanco, one of the city’s most elegant neighbourhoods, Armani Residences Masaryk merges Giorgio Armani’s distinctive aesthetic with the cutting-edge design and architecture of Sordo Madaleno Arquitectos (SMA) and the development vision of MIRA. In keeping with Giorgio Armani’s design philosophy, Sordo Madaleno Arquitectos has created a visionary project that seamlessly integrates into the urban landscape, which not only enhances the surrounding environment, but also offers an exclusive standard of living to its residents.
Armani Residences Masaryk is a complex that brings together three independent projects united by a single elegant architectural language. The 57 residential units, created with meticulous attention to detail, feature private gardens and/or terraces, enriched by internal and external services.
The project is completed by the part dedicated to retail that includes surprising double-height spaces along Masaryk Avenue, a street designed to attract the most exclusive luxury brands, including the Giorgio Armani and Armani/Casa boutiques, the first in Mexico.
By becoming part of this exclusive community, residents have access to a program of benefits and services provided by Giorgio Armani, including access to special events, private experiences, availability of the concierge service, invitations to new product launches and global privileges in Milan and NewYork.
