Zendaya, the willowy beauty who stars in HBO’s Euphoria and the Dune franchise is in a new movie that opened nationwide this past weekend. In Challengers she plays Tashi, a tennis player turned coach, as we follow three tennis prodigies over more than 15 years. However we’re not here to talk about the movie, per se, but instead about the fabulous tennis-inspired gowns and vintage ensembles the 27 year old actress has been wearing to the movie premieres and press junkets.
Zendaya Challengers Tennis Fashions
Zendaya is a fashion designer’s dream. She’s tall, thin and wears clothes better than a hanger. She looks equally head-turning in sweats and a tee as she does in a couture gown. For her press tour, the actress wore a gamut of beautiful fashions. But what stood out were the truly original designs that gave new meaning to “Tennis Whites” and those that incorporated elements of the game. Behold.
When she wasn’t wearing a modernized version of classic tennis wear, she often donned the familiar neon yellow-green color of traditional tennis balls.
