Set in a 1920s English seaside town, WICKED LITTLE LETTERS is a comedic mystery inspired by true events. Conservative Edith Swan (Olivia Colman) and raucous Irish immigrant Rose Gooding (Jessie Buckley) find themselves embroiled in a scandal when the town starts receiving obscene letters, leading to Rose’s arrest. The scandal becomes a national issue, leading to a trial. However, the town’s women, led by Police Officer Gladys Moss (Anjana Vasan), suspect Rose may be innocent and take the investigation into their own hands.
